Situated in the heart of the Peak District National Park
is a small family run business
producing top quality meat from our own animals.

Our beef cattle are bred using traditional breed Cows (for example Hereford and Aberdeen Angus) and Commercial Bulls (Charolais, Simmental & Limousin) to produce a better meat carcass whilst retaining quality of taste.

By buying direct from Manifold Valley Meats, not only are you making a financial saving, you can also be sure of the source of your meat whilst supporting quality English beef breeding

Once ready, our cattle are taken to a small local abattoir and hung for approximately 2 weeks before being conveniently boned, packaged and labeled enabling you quick, safe and easy storage.

Why you should buy from .....
    • Highest standards of care and welfare
• Fully traceable cattle system
• Traditionally fed cattle, naturally reared in the Peak District

  FABBL Registered.
The FABBL Farm Assurance Scheme was set up in 1992 to provide a farm assurance scheme, to give retailers and consumers confidence in British livestock production standards.

We are not registered as an ‘Organic Farm’ simply because in order to ensure quality of care for our stock, we worm them regularly, making us ineligible for the Scheme. However, we DO NOT USE any sort of steroids or growth promoters in our stock.
